Mr K works hard in a cramped office. He produces advertising posters for "Pastagel", a big company peddling a miraculous product to keep your hair fabulous all day long.
Desperate to look like his colleagues, Mr K does his best to look clean and sharp but infuriatingly his rebellious hair just doesn’t stay in place...
One night he is visited by a strange apparition, the spitting image of Mr K with a face striped like a tiger. From this moment, his organised existence is sent into disarray.

The agency TBWA Brussels brings in -U- & Jean-Jean to direct the McDonald’s Belgo latest campaign.

This genuine hamburger is made by and for Belgians based on the consumers’ favorite flavors: crispy bacon, Maredsous cheese and “gun bread”, a number 1 in Belgium...

A burger looking like Belgians? TBWA Brussels suggests presenting it as the average Belgian man, through different scenarios, as an allusion to the typical Belgian surrealism. It’s up to -U- & Jean-Jean to create the comic yet chic enough universe to convey this surrealism.

-U- & Jean-Jean work on the graphic design, direction and music choices to highlight the Belgo on a humorous tone complying with the brand’s spirit.

The result: a fresh campaign endowed with a slice of absurd humor, -U- & Jean-Jean’s specialty.
